COLLECTION OF INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
Active Information Collection.
We may actively collect Personal Information from you at various places on the Site. For example, this could happen when: (a) you fill out and submit online forms (such as forms requesting information we might need to consider you as a potential tenant in one of our buildings or as a broker for a tenant looking to lease space in one of our buildings), (b) you participate in a promotion, sweepstakes, or other contest on the Site, (c) when you post to any interactive forum we make available on the Site, or (d) you submit a survey response or request an e-mail communication(s) through the Site.

Passive Information Collection.
We automatically collect certain information about activities on the Site ("Site Use Information"). This is done through Google Analytics and includes, for example: (a) when and how often you come to each Site page and how long you stay, (b) what type of browser and operating system you use to view the Site, (c) the domain name of your Internet service provider and your computer's IP address, (d) the URL of the prior website that you came from, and (e) what you "clicked on." An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you access the Internet, and our web servers use that IP address to send the information your computer requests.

To collect Site Use Information, we use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies.

Please note that this Policy does not apply to PI obtained from third parties. However, if we combine that PI with PI we collect through the Site, this Privacy Policy will apply to the combined information (unless we specifically tell you otherwise).

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use your PI to: (a) contact your or fulfill your requests, e.g., for goods, services, or information; (b) process any application, change to your account information, or other PI you have provided us; (c) tell you about information or offers we believe might interest you (e.g., available space); (d) conduct surveys or tell you about a contest or promotion in which you have shown an interest; (e) conduct pre-screening of you as a possible tenant at one of our properties; or (f) complete any other purpose disclosed at the time you give us the applicable PI. We may also use your PI to improve the Site or other services we provide or for other reasonable business purposes.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES
We do not share your Personal Information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share anonymous Site Use Information or other aggregated user statistics with third parties. In addition, we may share your Personal Information as follows:

Our Affiliates.
We may share Personal Information with our affiliates if they need your PI for their business purposes, e.g., in connection with a potential lease or to respond to an application or other request of yours.

Third Parties Who Help Us Provide Services.
We may share your Personal Information with third parties who perform services on behalf of us or our affiliates. This may include third parties that assist with: website hosting, communications, analyzing Site Use Information and other data, collection or marketing services, and providing other various services. Legal Enforcement.

Corporate Changes.
We may disclose and transfer your PI in connection with a merger, restructuring, sale, or other corporate transaction. In addition, if a potential buyer is interested in purchasing one of our properties, we may provide that buyer with information about the property and PI collected on the Site. If we sell that property, all related PI is likely to be transferred to the purchaser.

UPDATING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Depending on where you are on the Site, you may be able to update your PI. However, please note that we have no obligation to store your PI indefinitely and we may delete your PI when we choose without liability for any such deletion or destruction.

CHILDREN
